Ok they’re not just mini mushrooms, they’re organic Brown Beech mushrooms. They were too cute to pass up and I knew I wanted to do something fun with them. So enter into the chat *tallow fried tempura batter mushies*. I made a super quick soy sauce rice wine vin dippy sauce for them and let me tell you, they were deliiiiiicious. And no, I’m no tempura expert. But this was super easy to throw together and yielded great results for me. They seem fancy, but they're so so so easy.
Ingredients
1 cup beef tallow
3.5 oz bunch beech mushrooms (looks like about 1 cup worth)
0.5 cup corn starch
