Pho Inspired Chicken Bites
Pho 🍜 but make it chicken bites, a play on my viral pho-inspired wings. You may ask, how is it 'pho?' It is done so via two methods: a dry rub incorporating quintessential pho ingredients including freshly toasted star anise, cloves, black peppercorn & cinnamon. Once the bites are air fried to perfection, they're tossed in a simple 'pho-reminiscent' concoction of citrus, fish sauce & beef broth. If you prefer bone-in wings, I’ve got a recipe for you as well.
