copycat-ikea-swedish-meatballs

I used to look forward to trips to IKEA with the fam so I could smash some of these bad boys 😋 Of course I jazzed them up and made them a bit healthier here with an easy, delicious gluten-free gravy (could easily be made non gf too) for the perfect easy weeknight dinner! Oh, and did I mention there are only 10-ingredients total? So they're pretty easy too :)
