This was a fairly recent addition to Nancy’s culinary repertoire...and I must say, I quite like it! It has a million spices in it, but don't let that scare you off. The flavours are well balanced, not overpowering. My favourite part about this recipe is that there are no onions! You save time on the peeling, slicing and frying.

3 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1 chicken
5.5 medium tomatoes, roughly chopped
