You KNOW how delicious this is when you tried it at the Steel Chef Challenge event in the VIP room. You KNOW you saw this featured on Paula Deen's channel. I have had the most amazing success in creating this boursin and the feedback is AWESOME. The fact that so many folks have enjoyed this and keep coming back to say how much they loved it, that just speaks volumes! If there is anything to be serious about, it would be anything dealing with cheese. Spreadable cheese makes A LOT of people very happy. Whether it is for your bagel smearing, cracker topping, charcuterie enhancing, sauce making endeavors, I know that your cheesy addictions can be satisfied with this recipe! You will need a stand mixer to make this, like a KitchenAid. Hand-mixers will not be able to handle the impact and may risk burning out the motor.
