I have had the most amazing success in creating this boursin and the feedback is AWESOME. If there is anything to be serious about, it would be anything dealing with cheese. Spreadable cheese makes A LOT of people very happy. Whether it is for your bagel smearing, cracker topping, charcuterie enhancing, sauce making endeavors, I know that your cheesy addictions can be satisfied with this recipe! You will need a stand mixer to make this, like a KitchenAid. Hand-mixers will not be able to handle the impact and may risk burning out the motor.
