Frosted Soft Pumpkin Sugar Cookies
These cookies are made with butter, brown sugar, spiced pumpkin butter, vanilla, and cinnamon. Then rolled through cinnamon and sugar, just like a sweet Snickerdoodle! They’re soft and perfectly sweet, with additional flavor from the brown sugar and pumpkin butter. I frosted them simply with my thick and creamy vanilla cream cheese frosting. These cookies are fun to bake and delicious to eat. Perfect for fall and the holiday season!
