Not a traditional parfait, but quick to assemble for breakfast. I've not added any sugar to make it diabetes friendly. Also cinnamon has been added as it has been found to help stabilise blood sugar.
Ingredients
30 g traditional oats
4 tbsp Low fat greek yoghurt
6 punnet raspberries crushed with a fork (put 6 aside for decoration)
