Easy Beef Birria
Making birria at home is not that hard, it's just getting the right ingredients, some prep of the adobo and then cooking low and slow either in a pot, a dutch oven or a slow cooker You can easily swap the beef in the recipe for goat for more of a taste of Jalisco, but the beef is equally authentic depending on what part of Mexico you are in. There are probably millions of recipes for the adobo that is central to making birria but this is the my go to and very simple to make. Once the birria is made you can cut it into chunks and enjoy as a stew with the consumé or make it into tacos or even quesabirria you see at every food truck park
