And this recipe is no exception - the peppers perfectly balance the bold, smoky flavours of the chorizo...all in the form of a totally glossy & delicious pasta sauce! You can totally roast your own red peppers, but on busy weeknights I tend to reach for the jarred kind. They're still tasty and super convenient in a pinch!
Ingredients
250 grams pasta of your choice, uncooked
2 tbsp olive oil
100 grams Spanish chorizo, thinly sliced and cut into semi circles
