This recipe has essentially the same proportions as my "baby einkorn sourdough loaf", but this time we're 1. increasing the size and 2. doubling the recipe! So if the baby loaf is perfect for say a house of 2, this would be a bit more substantial! Or if you just eat a lot of bread then this is the recipe for you!! I love the size of the slices that this recipe makes and it's perrrrfect for sandwiches. You can always freeze the second loaf after you bake it! So the same amount of work, but twice the amount of sourdough enjoyment.
Ingredients
260 g bread flour, plus more for dusting
70 g starter at 100% hydration
7 g salt
