Baji's mouth started watering the moment she saw and smelt this dish sitting on the stovetop. So...eggplant that Baji likes - that's pretty impressive! In September 2024, Farhana Auntie made this dish for Nana-jaan - with very few spices and no salt. Abbu and I loved it so much, I was dying to know how to make it. Lucky for me, I got to learn it in today's cooking lesson with Farhana Auntie! You can serve this with naan, rice, or even just yogurt. In fact, Farhana Auntie even suggested serving this as a dip with nacho chips. The whole family tried it and agreed!
