Zucchini and Prosciutto Lasagna
This is my go-to lasagna in the winter when I want to impress someone, but I also don’t want to do a lot of work. It’s a little bit lighter than a traditional lasagna, but still has all the things you want — creamy, cheesy, layered, and so satisfying. The zucchini keeps it fresh, the prosciutto adds that salty richness, and everything comes together so easily. You can find everything you need at the grocery store (as long as they have prosciutto), which makes it even better
