If you’ve never had baos you are missing out. THe light steam bun packed with, in this case fried chicken, is so light, fluffy and delicious and contrary to most, it's super easy and just takes a bit of time. This whole recipe doesn’t have to be done together. I designed the slaw as a side, but you could easily just make the baos. Furthermore, the fried chicken thighs are basic, but coupled with the sauce, are super tasty!
Ingredients
0.6666666666666666 cup of warm water (115 degrees F)
1.25 cups of bread flour
1 teaspoon of cayenne
