Tacos de Big Mac
Esta idea se nos ocurrió después de ver mucho en algunos videos que hacían algo similar pero en vez de usar el pan de la hamburguesa, usaban tortillas de trigo. También nos tentó muchísimo, pero queríamos seguir más la línea de “hamburguesa” aunque la hagamos bien distinta. La clasica lleva pepinillos, pero no nos gustan. Y segundo, la carne queda totalmente cocida entre la primer dorada de un lado y la tapada con agua para que derrita el queso. Confien en nosotros.
