Creamy Lentil Bolognese
A warming and hearty pasta, high in protein from the lentils and from the cream. Only 10 minutes of active work required for this recipe! Total cost: $7.30. I use about 700g pasta when I make this, in total. I make this for meal prep - I use half the sauce with 350g of pasta, then I save the remaining half of the sauce in the fridge or freezer for later in the week. It also depends on how saucey you like your pasta. It also is nice to eat on its own or with rice or bread.
