A quick and healthy recipe for your next taco Tuesday! I used cod filets and left out the breading to keep it leaner. Used one seasoning to keep it easy too. Pickled some cabbage and made a mayo dressing with tajin. Enjoy!
Ingredients
0.5 lb white fish of your choice
2 tsp adobo all purpose seasoning
toppings of your choice (pickled cabbage, jalapeños, onions, etc.)
