CURED EGG YOLKS with Le Saunier de Camargue’s Fleur de Sel @labaleineusa - a super simple way to add lots of flavor to your dishes. I keep these in my fridge at all times - grate them on steak, sandwiches, salads, whatever your lil heart desires <3 This Fleur de Sel is the ‘caviar of salts’ (also available on Amazon!) - crystalized on the surface of sea water and harvested by hand! Harvested in the protected natural reserve of Aigues-Mortes in Camargue, Le Saunier de Camargue Fleur de Sel is a 100% natural sea salt, free from additives and sourced directly from the sea <3 Usually used as a finishing salt to appreciate the visual, I wanted to switch it up and show its multi-purpose.

Ingredients

0.5 inch thick A good salt (I used @labaleineusa’s Le Saunier de Camargue’s Herbes de Provence finishing sea salt)
Egg yolks (I usually do 2 4 at a time)
