This is so quick and easy to make...yet also so delicious. It makes for a great meal anytime of day...yes, even for breakfast served with toast. In fact, that's how we ate it growing up - either for breakfast or brunch. Until I married Faisal, I never even considered eating any minced meat for dinner! LOL. We used to eat this with fresh chapatis or parathas, now we use the store-bought kind. :)
