This dish is so good... Like who knew tomatoes can be this good! I used to hate tomatoes, and this dish is one of the dishes that changed my perspective on tomatoes forever. I got the inspiration to make this dish from Thomas Straker, one of my favorite chefs. I also made this dish for my most recent private dinner and everyone loved it.
