This recipe is by far the best thing i've ever decided to do. If you’ve never braised beef this should be something you consider doing often. Sure, it takes a while, but the results leave you with so much flavor and texture from the beef, you’ll be trying to figure out more things to put it on, or just eat it as is. I’d like to think this pizza is somewhat more evolved than a traditional pie, and for me, and my cooking style, it definitely is. The best part about the way I cook it, is even after the pizza is gone (and trust me, it won't last) the broth left over is good enough to eat as soup.

Ingredients

1.5 cups of warm water
1 tsp of olive oil
3 pound chuck roast
