Another butter bomb, fam: maple syrup-chocolate chip stuffed butter bombs! It’s a sweet compound butter made with warm spices like nutmeg & cinnamon set in a spherical mold then loaded up with maple syrup & chocolate chips! I developed this bomb specifically for pancakes but it would be equally delish on waffles, crepes or even a dutch baby. Note: if you’re using an immersion blender, you’ll need to periodically scrape the blade to ensure the cheese doesn’t get compacted.
