If I had to pick a favorite soup so far this season, it would be this one! It's creamy, hearty, savory, and oh so delicious 😋 It's also gluten + dairy free and makes for the perfect easy cozy winter meal! I made my own sausage using ground chicken + spices but you could use store-bought Italian sausage as well :)
