This mouthwatering Mexican creation features thinly sliced, salt cured grilled beef, known as tasajo, layered inside a crusty bolillo roll. Complemented by creamy guacamole, Oaxacan cheese, and refried beans, I added my own spin on this recipe by incorporating fried onions, and roasted Poblano peppers (reminiscent of a Philly cheesesteak). This torta is the perfect balance of textures and tastes.
