This burger is rich and refined, with the deep flavour of dry-aged beef, nutty Le Gruyère AOP, and creamy truffle aioli. Soft toasted brioche adds a buttery finish, while fresh salad and pickled green apple bring balance and freshness — a true gourmet burger, and I think as of date one of my favourites! The recipe can be simplified by using good-quality store-bought buns, ready-made patties, and pre-prepared truffle aioli. How much you make from scratch depends entirely on the time you have and the level of detail you want to achieve. Difficulty – Easy to Medium
