It was my first time pairing pistachios with pears, and the combination turned out beautifully. The nutty green crumb contrasts perfectly with the soft, caramel-soaked fruit. The cake is moist, gently sweet, and full of comforting flavours. It’s the kind of bake that looks impressive, tastes even better, and feels just a little bit special without being fussy!
