Now from the photo this may look like just an ordinary tomato sauce, but this could not be farther from the truth. Matbucha is my favorite dip of all time and one that I hold very near and dear to my heart. I ate matbucha growing up and it's still a staple dish in my household. Good with some pita or challah and even better on a schnitzel sandwich.

Ingredients
