No seriously, they’re like actually good for you. Grain free, sugar free, and *almost* dairy free… I mean it can be dairy free if you just sub the ghee for coconut oil which is totally cool with me. 😘 Oh and did I mention DELICIOUS? So back to the healthy: -Blackstrap Molasses contains a good amount of calcium, not to mention iron potassium, and magnesium -Ginger contains antioxidants, is anti-inflammatory, aids digestion, and even has antimicrobial properties -Almond and egg for protein -Raw Honey for extra immune boosting properties and added natural sweetness They’re filled with so much goodness you can even feel guilt free eating these with coffee in the morning. It’s everything I want in a ginger molasses cookie AND MORE. They’re so easy to make… just give it a go. Seriously.
