jalapeno-bread
This bread will be wonderful as a sandwich bread or with soups, chili con carne or any time you crave a rustic, artisan bread. I like to add chipotle pepper flakes, which are dried, smoked jalapeño peppers.
Ingredients
200 ml (200 ml) warm (not hot) milk
1 tsp unsalted butter, melted
3 cups of all purpose flour (200 ml cup)
