Braising chuck roast has to be the easiest thing in the world, while also testing every minute of your patience. When you think you have waited enough, and are ready to take it out, just wait a little longer. Reducing the sauce really concentrated the stout flavor, which I personally love. You can pair this with mashed potatoes, roasted vegetables, or polenta like I did here. Let me know what you think!
