spaghetti-all'assasina
Spaghetti All'Assassina, or the Assassin's Spaghetti features cooking pasta in a wildly untraditional way. Instead of boiling it THEN adding it to the sauce as usual, we make a sauce, add water to it then cook the pasta in there. If done right, the pasta will get a bit of char and the sauce will be deeply caramelized. So simple, yet so many flavors going on. I added some burrata and basil oil on top because why not?
