If you love tacos, you'll love these wings. Trust me. The magic is in the spice mix, a smoky taco rub packed with flavor featuring cumin, garlic powder, oregano as well as chili powder & smoked paprika, for palatable smokiness. Like most of my wing recipes, they're air-fried to crispy perfection & then tossed in a butter-based sauce. It's seasoned with some of the smoky taco rub, valentina hot sauce, lime & cilantro to maximize the flavor. No taco is complete without the fixings. For these wings, they're used as dips: sour cream, queso, guacamole or all three for the ultimate trifecta.
