Korean Marinated Eggs "mayak Eggs"
Literally translates into “drug eggs” because they’re THAT good! Mayak Eggs are soft boiled eggs marinated in a sweet, tangy soy-based marinade and are absolutely fantastic. They’re runny and jammy on the inside and are just SO delicious with a freshly steamed bowl of rice, or on a bed of romaine & kale (my personal favorite). Incredibly easy to make and perfect for Sunday meal prep days because it’ll last you a full week!
