Corned Beef Hash Patties is my ultimate comfort food. I remember eating these growing up that my Mom and Grandma would make. Just one bite is so nostalgic and takes me back to my keiki days. This is a local dish from Hawaii based on Japanese Okazuya. Even the corned beef we use, Libby’s you can’t find on the mainland and is locked up in the stores in Hawaii. I smoked on my @masterbuilt 600 gravity fed for that Smokey bbq flavor. So ono and so easy to make!
