These are the BEST biscuits I have ever had, and coming from someone from the south that is saying A LOT. They're shockingly tender and moist while somehow still staying together perfectly. Also they're not outrageously huge so it doesn't feel like carbo overload. Top it with a jammy egg, bacon, and some cheddar cheese and you are set. PS you can EASILY double this recipe, which frankly I highly recommend because I got through these like hot cakes. Or hot biscuits ๐
