sev-besan-tuile-using-homemade-sev-masala

This recipe walks you through the steps of how to make a Tuile using Besan (Gram Flour) replicating the Sev sprinkled over Indian Street Food: Chaat. It also showcases the steps of making homemade sev masala which is superly flavour-packed. I love Tuiles (if they are made this way). Honestly, I felt Tuiles are a bit overkill because they only have a crunch factor going on but after making this, I really understood the power of a basic coral Tuile. So much flavour can be packed in here. Also, the texture. These were not made with maida so they lacked structural integrity, basically they were way too fragile (or brittle). As soon as you touch them they break. Loved this. So crunch and delicate never thought this was possible.
