Taiwanese braised pork with rice or Lu rou fan, was one of my favorite dishes when I was kid - there’s just something comforting and magical about a savory sauce over rice. I’ve made this recipe before over stovetop, but today we’re massively simplifying it with an instant pot and some shortcuts (i.e. five spice powder instead of a spice bag, etc).
