
Taco Soup
This recipe is made in the crockpot but if you want a quick soup, you can cook this on the stove top. Just ground the beef, onions, garlic, and bell peppers like you would for the crockpot version then combine those and the rest of the ingredients into a large stockpot. Add in everything but the noodles and simmer on med-low for an hour. The last few minutes add in the noodles and continue to cook soup until the noodles are cooked. NOTE: I use Ditalini Noodles, but you can use any smaller type of noodle.
