In this recipe you get a delicious roasted garlic mashed potato recipe, the mini blooming onions, and a great sauce for steak, Bearnaise. Part of the fun about recipe creation is combining many different things together in a way they all compliment one another. But the ebay part is, you can easily make any of these things on their own and still enjoy the deliciousness.
