Bacon Egg and Cheese pizza >>>> Bagel. Debatable, sure. But this was amazing and had the same elements as a classic BEC on sesame bagel. I dabble with a breakfast pizza here and there, but I liked the idea of incorporating American cheese, because that's one of the best parts of a classic breakfast sandwich (in my opinion). This was inspired by the boys at the famous Krispy Pizza in NJ/NY. You can use any dough I have posted on here, but I used my New York-ish Dough recipe.
