Making duck wraps isn’t that difficult, most of the work is in preparation of your duck prior to roasting. Making the glaze and preparing the duck can be done the traditional way or using my method is quicker its your choice either way its a wonderful dish. For a side dish you can omit the rice, for a main dish the rice is a good addition.

Ingredients

1 Large Barbary duck ( fresh or frozen)
20 Pekin duck wraps (Small flour torteas )
1 bunch Spring Onions shredded into strands soaked in iced water
