For this dish, mustard is rubbed over the beef before wrapping it up. We had majorly two options: 1. English Mustard 2. Dijon Mustard I personally felt Dijon will be a better option for this as it is a bit mild than English. I also suggest people to start making condiments at their house and also start experimenting with them. Some can add onions, garlic, etc.
