the-best-tuna-sammi-i've-ever-made

I grew up eating tuna fish sandwiches. My siblings and I would essentially dump every dried spice we had into the mixture and just devourrr. Like the first time I went from having plain tuna salad to tuna salad with paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne, cumin, dill, salt, pepper, etc etc etc, it was life changing. Albeit that's not how I like it now, but still. Life changing. This rendition is veggie forward and really packs on a lot of celery. Not a fan of celery? Well don't worry it's smothered and covered in so much flavorful mayo-ey sauce that all you'll detect is the crunch. One of my biggest issues with a mayo heavy tuna salad is that it just feels unbalanced. Like all this richness and no acidity or bitterness. So I tackle both! We have bright dijon, briney pickles, and bitter radishes. I live laugh love this sandwich.
