pumpkin-alla-vodka-sauce
A twist on my usual ~vodka sauce~, but this time with a Fall, Pumpkin twist. 🍂 It has all the comfy cozy feelz of a tradish vodka sauce, but lil fun and special. I used some cutie butternut squash pastas from @traderjoes, but you can obviously use whatever you want. 💃🏼 Top it with chicken, ground beef, or some sausages for some protein baby.

16 oz pasta of choice
2 tbsp olive oil, plus more for topping
1 yellow onion, finely diced
