Ny Chopped Cheese (and Baguetteroll)
I’ve only had a few chopped cheeses in my life (I’m from Missouri), and they were both several months ago. I didn’t realize what I was missing?! A cheeseburger on steroids. This was my first attempt so I may revise this a little down the road. But it was so so good that it’s worth sharing and I may not even need to improve on it! I’ve shared some tips and tricks that are not in the video. I’ve also included a bread recipe and process that I haven’t gotten around to recording just yet. The baguette recipe makes 2 rolls. You can mix the same way you would mix your pizza dough, but I included those directions as well.
