I am on a mission to find the greatest version of chicken and rice, if such even exists. We travel second to Japan, where we experience Oyakdon, which translates to “parent and child rice bowl”, as it consists of both chicken and egg. Great for the gains. This wasn’t as good as the Jollof Rice but it does gain points for ease. This dish has the perfect ratio of effort and time to taste and satisfiability so this will be a part of my weeknight rotation 100%. My rating is a 7.9/10
