This is a dish Maciek and I collaborated on at @tfti.bbq Invite Only Birthday Bash! Such a blessed time celebrating with Tone, his family and our bbq friends! Chawanmushi is a traditional Japanese dish that is an egg custard and Dashi mix steamed in a ramenkin.
