Roasted Habanero Mango Salsa Sweet Heat with a Serious Kick
I’ll be honest — I’m not usually a “fruit in salsa” kinda guy. But this one? It made me question everything. The mango doesn’t make this salsa cloying or soft — it brings balance. Paired with roasted tomatoes, garlic, and blistered habaneros, it’s sweet, spicy, and dangerously good. 🔥 This is the kind of salsa that surprises you. It lights you up and cools you down. I like this best on grilled fish tacos (goes crazy), but you could spoon it on just about anything that needs a punch of heat and a hint of sweetness.
