It’s easy to make, highly customisable, and works with any pasta type—so if you don’t have or prefer spaghetti, feel free to swap it out. You can also keep it vegetarian or skip the truffle blue cheese foam if you’re unsure about it or don’t have an espuma gun. Note: The mushroom ragù base is intentionally kept simple, but you can enhance its depth by finishing it with thyme and rosemary for extra flavour. You can also choose more affordable or seasonal mushroom varieties, or add an extra type while maintaining the overall ingredient proportions. Difficulty – Medium
