Tagine Style Beef Hash
Mother Nature is just not making up her mind with the weather we have been having! We have had days of below-zero temperatures that we know a meal with a bunch of warming spices will help take the chill off of us. Keep in mind, you do not need the actual Tagine to cook this. (But, boy that would be so cool though!) the spices normally associating with a Tagine are bright, bold, warming and just incredible! This creation brings an awesome change to a typical breakfast food and it was definitely a hit with my husband! He wore it well, HAHAHAHAHA! This is a two-part recipe that involves my own Tagine-spice blend.
