Banana Bread and Salted Caramel Baked Oats
Nothing makes me jump out of bed quite like baked oats. This is my new banana & salted caramel flavour, and let me tell you… it did not disappoint. My base recipe remains the same as my other baked oats, I just added a generous amount of salted caramel, chocolate and a bit more banana! ps.. this also works really well as dessert. Serve hot with salted caramel ice cream for that extra indulgence 😋
